AMOS K. ROTICH
Amos is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya having been admitted in January 2017.
He has been engaged in a wide range of civil, constitutional and criminal litigation both in the lower and superior courts. The areas that he specializes in include Corporate and Commercial dispute litigation, Anti-corruption briefs and Land dispute litigation matters.
The following are a sample of the briefs he has been involved in:
- Participated in a high profile Anti-Corruption matter where the EACC and the DPP brought civil and criminal proceedings against members of the Ministry of Devolution and Planning Ministerial Tender Committee and Evaluation Committee for alleged flouting of the Procurement law and regulations.
- Participated in a Constitutional Petition lodged by a County Government and the Council of Governors against the Privatization Commission of Kenya. The Petitioners sought to stay the intended privatization of Five (5) Sugar companies.
